Dive into the creative world of photography with our Intro to Photography Summer
Camp!

Campers will learn photography basics while getting to practice their skills in the HDP studio and outdoors! Campers will learn how to use their cameras as well as the basics of lighting and composition. Each day we will learn about and practice different areas of photography including: portrait, food, still-life, nature, pet, action and underwater photography. Campers will spend the week creating a portfolio of images using the skills they learn and will leave camp with their own photo albums to showcase their work.

-This camp is for creative kiddos ages 8-12
- No photography experience is necessary! All are welcome.
- Campers should come with their own camera* (point and shoot. dslr or phone
camera is fine!)
- Registration includes a camp t-shirt & photo album

July 7-11
Camp will run Monday-Friday 9am-3pm. Aftercare until 4:30 is available at an additional cost.
Camp will be located at Hillary Dubie Photography's home studio in Winooski (just
one street over from Landry Park!)

The full camp fee is $375. A non-refundable retainer of $150 is due to reserve your spot. The remaining balance is due June 6th.

Each day will include crafts, camp games and a nature walk. Lunch is not provided.
*We recommend coming with a camera, but we will have a limited amount or cameras
available if needed. Please let us know ahead of time if your camper will need a
camera!

ABOUT
Hillary Malone-Dubie (she/her) is the owner of Hillary Dubie Studios, a graduate of Hallmark Institute of Photography and a multi-award winning portrait photographer. Over her 15 year photography career, Hillary has worked within all areas of portrait photography and is so excited to share her passion and experience with your creative kiddos! Hillary is a mom to a 9 year old and has over 20 years of experience working with children.

Liam Malone-Dubie (they/them) is the founder of They Create and the co-owner of Hillary Dubie Studios. Liam is a non-binary, neurodivergent artist and creator. They are most inspired by their communities and lived experiences, and create with the intention of connection. With a background in clinical social work, Liam believes creative expression opens many doors for healing individually and collective
